Cancellation insurance, illness or cancellation

A cancellation or sickness request can only be processed if cancellation insurance was taken out and a medical certificate is available.

Registration enquiries are handled by Datasport at eventservice@datasport.com.

If you did not take out cancellation insurance, or do not have a medical certificate, cancellation is usually not possible. Transferring the entry to another person is possible; use the entry-transfer instructions below.

Transferring your entry

You can transfer your entry directly through your registration confirmation.

1. Open your registration confirmation.
2. Follow the link under “Daten ändern” (“Change data”), described as “Mit Klick auf den Link kannst du deine Daten abändern”.
3. Select “Meine Anmeldung umschreiben” (“Transfer my registration”).
4. Enter the new participant’s details.
5. Check your entries and select “Änderungen speichern” (“Save changes”).
6. The change is confirmed and the process is complete.
