Race pack collection
On the Wednesday before the marathon, we will email you a collection confirmation with a barcode. Please bring this confirmation to race number collection at the Congress Centrum Würzburg.
If you have not received a confirmation, an identity document and your race number from the online entry list will also be sufficient.
You can collect your race pack directly at the Congress Centrum Würzburg during the event weekend — simply and without stress.
An authorised person may also collect your race pack. For this, please bring the collection confirmation with its QR code and a written, signed authorisation.

Registration
The countdown is on – secure your spot now for the 24th WVV Marathon Würzburg on May 10, 2026.
Bib Pickup
On the Wednesday before the marathon, you will receive an email with your pickup confirmation and a barcode. Please bring this confirmation to the bib pickup at the Congress Centrum Würzburg.
If you haven’t received a confirmation, your ID and your bib number from the online registration list are sufficient.
Bib pickup is available at the CCW during the event weekend – simple and stress-free.
Someone else can pick up your bib on your behalf. In this case, they must bring your registration confirmation and a signed letter of authorization.
